This was one of my favorite Boston Pop recordings on LP now it available on CD disc and the classic western songs are played by the Boston Pops with Arthur Fiedler as conductor. One of the highlights are the theme songs of the classic western TV programs. It is an outstanding recording to be listened time and time again/5(53).

Pops Roundup is a soundtrack in search of a motion picture, and will give western film enthusiasts a serious case of deja vu. The CD reissue adds six bonus tracks.
